Second Quarter 2024 Update

VGSR outperformed its benchmark by 1.09% in Q2 2024.
AUM as of June 30, 2024 was $366 million.
Our sustainability story this quarter is on “Climate Solutions from Hannon Armstrong”.
VGSR has a greater percentage of companies reporting and reducing emissions than the benchmark.

The Vert Global Sustainable Real Estate Strategy operated as mutual fund from October 31, 2017 and prior to the fund reorganization on December 4, 2023. The investment objectives have not changed.
