- REITs enjoyed a strong quarter. VGSR up 15.78% in Q3 2024.
- AUM as of September 30, 2024 was $423 million.
- VGSR outperforming its benchmark over trailing 1, 3, and 5 year periods.
- Our sustainability story this quarter is on “Quality Affordable Housing From UMH Properties”.
- VGSR has a greater percentage of companies making climate commitments than the benchmark.
