Paul Foley is Head of EMEA Portfolio Management and is a member of Dimensional’s London Investment Committee. Paul leads a team of investment professionals who manage global equity and fixed income portfolios for clients in the EMEA region, and is responsible for strategy and portfolio oversight, implementation and performance analysis. In addition, he represents Dimensional and the firm’s portfolios in meetings with current and prospective clients.

Paul joined Dimensional in 2003 as a Trading Assistant, taking on responsibility for investment analytics before being promoted to Portfolio Manager in 2012 and then to Senior Portfolio Manager in 2018 before assuming his current position.

He completed a bachelor’s in business studies (first class honors) at the University of Portsmouth in 2003 and became a CFA® charterholder in 2009.
